Boetje’s Mustard Celebrates National Grilled Cheese Month

Yesterday the Galesburg (Illinois) Register-Mail newspaper published an article in celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month.  Included in the suggestions for preparing the sandwiches, one contributor suggested a creation made of pepper jack, cheddar and gouda cheese, topped with tomato, bacon, and Boetje’s mustard.  Yummm!  We think that sounds terrific!  Here’s a link to the newspaper article.
