Boetje’s Mustard for Memorial Day

In our last post we asked you how you planned to use Boetje’s this summer and we got some amazing answers!  Here are some of your answers:

Katie G~  On sandwiches. In potato salad & macaroni salad. Yum!

Michelle O~ Just used it tonight in potato salad! It is the BEST!

Amanda B~  sprouts with bacon…yum!!

Tim L~ Just made a zesty egg salad that we used a wheat wrap that were 90 calories along with some spinach & cherry tomatoes. Boetje’s was the secret ingredient!

Lee B~ On my homemade polish sausage with a kaiser roll and some kraut

Jorja B~ Always added to my baked beans AND OH so good to slather it on chicken breast ( any chicken) let it sit in frig at least 1/2 hour then grill ( or bake) YUMMY !!

Dean W~ We’ve recently gotten into curing and smoking our own bacon. To date, the belly that we cured with Boetje’s and Honey has been my favorite so far. I look forward to more variations on this delicious theme.
