Today we celebrate the 86th birthday of Shirley Boetje, without whom the world may have never discovered the delicious stone-ground flavor that you savor! Shirley’s grandson is bringing in a full tour group of relatives to help Shirley mark this event, so thank you to Eric for planning that!
