Boetje’s tangy stone-ground mustard brings out the zip in any sandwich! That’s probably why we are a popular addition to many menu items at various restaurants. One of our fans told us she had ordered pretzels at the Blue Cat Brew Pub in Rock Island, Illinois, and was pleasantly surprised to be served a “beer mustard” dipping sauce made with Boetje’s mustard. We can’t help but smile when we walk into a local Subway restaurant and see a sign on the counter proclaiming “We serve Boetje’s Mustard.” And just yesterday another fan sent us this picture:
