Spice Up Your Thanksgiving Table With Boetje’s Mustard

When you are planning your Thanksgiving meal, don’t forget the Boetje’s!  Not only is the tangy flavor a favorite for topping appetizers like pretzels or breadsticks, but you can also give our stoneground mustard center stage with this delicious main-dish marinade.

Boetje’s Pork or Lamb Marinade

2/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Boetje’s Mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
1-2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Combine all of these, mixing thoroughly, and add to an extra large Ziploc bag.   Add the meat and seal tightly.  Refrigerate overnight.

Prepare the meat as you usually would and let the zing shine through!
