Spring Flings with Boetje’s Mustard

It’s just about grill time again, and we know lots of our friends use Boetje’s to spice up their culinary masterpieces.  If you have a recipe we should know about, send it to us by Facebook message and we just might use it!  We especially love to include pictures of the creative ways you all use Boetje’s, so don’t forget to snap a shot!

Meanwhile, here’s one more recipe you can use to bring pizzazz to your picnic!  Thank you to our Facebook friend Kyle R for this delicious dish!

 

Boetje’s Tangy Potato Salad

5lbs of peeled red potatoes
12 boiled eggs
1 bunch of chopped green scallions
1 30 oz container of Miracle Whip
2 cups of milk
1 tbsp of sugar
2 heaping tbsp of Boetje’s mustard

Peel and cut up red potatoes and boiled eggs. Chop the scallions and spread thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk all of the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and pour on top of the potato salad. Mix thoroughly and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Place olives on top if preferred.
